When a customer purchases a product, the buyer, vendor, and Oz Robotics team receive an email notification about the sale, including the product sold and customer information, e.g., shipping address and private customer note.
Once the customer payment is cleared, which may take 12 to 24 hours, we send the payment to our vendor partner to ship the product to our customer.
We strictly use PayPal to prevent any fraudulent purchases. We wait until PayPal clears the funds and emails us that the customer is good and the purchase order can be shipped.
You can add your shipping fees for each state individually or enter your shipping fee for the entire country. Suppose you don’t want to sell your product to certain states or countries. You can specify that on the product page, e.g., “This product is not available for New York and California customers” or “This product is only available to US and Canadian customers.”
